Whether you are placing an order, leaving a review, visiting our website, or referring a friend, you can earn points that may be redeemed for discounts on future purchases.

Every point is worth £0.01, making it easy to track and use your rewards.

For example, 100 points = £1.00.

It is our way of saying thank you for choosing us — while helping you save more on the products you love.

How order rewards work

You earn 5 points per £1 on completed order value.

Referral purchase rewards are also activated only after the referred customer’s completed order has passed the return period.

Points from completed orders become available after the return period has passed. Current activation delay: 30 days.

Orders of £25.00 or more unlock an extra 150 points. Orders of £50.00 or more unlock an extra 300 points.

How referral rewards work

When a new customer signs up using your referral link, they may receive 100 points.

The referrer does not receive the signup reward immediately. The referrer receives 50 points only after the referred customer completes their first order successfully.

The referrer also earns 1 point per £1 on completed purchases made by the referred customer.

Once the referred customer reaches £30.00 in completed purchases, the referrer receives a one-time milestone bonus of 50 points.

Redeeming points

Points can be used as a discount on future orders. You need at least 500 points worth £5.00 before you can redeem rewards.

Your product basket total must be at least £10.00 before points can be used at cart or checkout.

Terms & Conditions

General Rules

Points are awarded for eligible actions such as purchases, account creation, reviews, daily visits, and referrals. Points have no cash value and can only be redeemed as discounts within our store.

Earning Points

Points are credited after qualifying actions are completed and verified. Orders must be successfully completed to receive points. Bonus points apply only when order thresholds are met.

Referral rewards are granted only after the referral conditions have been fully met.

Referral Conditions

The referred customer may receive points when a valid signup is completed through a referral link. The referrer’s signup reward is only unlocked after the referred customer completes their first order.

The referrer will receive a one-time milestone bonus once the referred customer reaches £30.00 in completed purchases, whether in a single order or across multiple completed orders.

After this condition is met, the referrer continues to earn points on future completed purchases made by the referred customer.

Usage & Limits

Points can be used to reduce the total cost of an order, subject to system limits. Any misuse of the programme, including fake accounts or referral abuse, may result in points being removed.

Expiry

Points may expire after a period of inactivity. We recommend using your points regularly.

Changes

We reserve the right to modify or terminate the rewards programme at any time without prior notice.

Referral example: You and Him

This example shows how the referral system works when you invite a friend, and him signs up using your referral link.

Example used below: Him places eligible completed orders worth £30.00. Referral purchase rewards become available after the return period has passed: 30 days.

Important: if Him signs up but does not complete an eligible order, your referral remains pending and you do not receive referrer purchase rewards yet.
